Are you interested helping to put conservation practices into action?
Then perhaps you might want to consider running to be a Director on the Colonial Soil and Water Conservation District's (CSWCD) Board of Directors.
If you are curious to learn more about what it is like to be a CSWCD director, then watch the video below where Wayne Davis, one of the representatives from New Kent County, talks about his experiences and why you might want to consider running for a position on our Board in the general election this November.
The election of Directors for the CSWCD will be held in the general election on November 7, 2023. CSWCD encompasses James City County, Charles City County, York County, New Kent County, and the city of Williamsburg. Candidates for elected directors must reside within the boundary of the city of Williamsburg or one of these counties (including the incorporated towns within the county).
